Financial and Administrative

·         Manage association/community financial operations

·         Provide easy to read monthly financial reports

·         Maintain and reconcile bank/investment accounts

·         Assist in preparation of annual operating and capital reserve budgets

·         Collect owner assessments (Accounts Receivable) & make all required disbursements (Accounts Payable)

 

 

Owner Services

·         Maintain computer and hard copy file of owner names, addresses, and telephone numbers

·         Implement and enforce all association rules and regulations

·         Manage changes to community common elements

·         Secure bids and contract for repairs, maintenance services and insurance
